"GONG XI FA CAI"
Ingredients (Approximately 70 cups):
Original Flavor Corn Flakes 150g
Unsalted Butter 50g
Honey 4-6 tbsp (own preference)
1. Melt the butter and honey using the double boiler method. Stir it at all time until mixture slightly thick.
2.Coarsely crush the corn flakes; then pour the mixture (1) into a big bowl and after that stir in corn flakes. Mix well.
3. Spoon it into paper cups.
4. Bake in preheated 125'C degree oven for 15-20mins or until lightly brown.
5. Remove from oven and let stand for about 10mins; and it's ready to be served.
