This is the first official farewell bash throw to CS Tan (GM for Maxis ISD dept) on 2 days before. CS has been working in Maxis for about 15 years and in end of 2009, he made a decision to leave the company to catch up with some other things which he thinks more important to him. Well, CS has been a very good mentor to me since I joined Maxis even though now in IBM. I admiring his capability in handling works and pressures, as well as his superb communication skills.
Oh well, back to the farewell bash, it was held @Le Meridien hotel organized by a team of Maxis/IBM staffs which specially formed for this event. Thanks to the team, without them, I don't think the party will be ON; and the run-down of the event was just smooth, nice and touch.
The caricature of CS's toy (Ferrari) with his hobby, fishing~ Nice drawing and its the hard-work from 1 of the colleague's husband.
Azah, my dear colleague. She was the appointed photographer of the event. Well, she is not only good in photography but also craft thingy, do visit her blogsite at http://letscraft.blogspot.com ^^
He is the one......CS Tan a.k.a Mr.Ferrari as well as my "kaki" roti bakar ^^ We welcomed him with the warmest greetings and applauses~
During the event, we were touched by the video which played back on that evening. It contained the interview session with CS, his photos as well as the short clips from the staffs. CS's eyes seems turned into "watery" and red while watching the video~
Everyone wanted to have a picture with him, share with you guys on this photo taken with his naughty face with a bunch of ladies ^^
The event adjourned at 8pm, about 3.5 hours. Seems majority nobody crying, except 1 or 2 ladies....so sentimental~ Me? Of course not!! In fact, I am happy with CS as he can choose whatever he wish to do......I told him that just make sure he come back to visit us and bring us out for lunch whenever time is allow.

I Love Yaku Crepes
On last weekend during the CNY shopping trip, 肥肥 had a sudden urge wanted to try it out and immediately we went there to check out what's inside the menu. Apparently they have around 12 classical savoury crepes like double cheese N' onion, tuna salad, spicy beef, otak-otak spicy crepes and etc. Wao~ So many choices and it took us a while to decide which one we should go for ^^
Finally we decided to have a try on the chicken sausage and cheese crepe since both of us are very "cheesy" person...hehe! Let's check out how the chef produce the crispy crepes for us...
There are lots of ingredients put inside the crepe, like sausages, cheese, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise and chillies powder (I opt for spicy one). Looks like very simple huh? I think the secret recipe here would be the flour starch, what do you think?
This was another crepe ordered by another customer, peanuts butter with chocolate chips...looks yummy and good in smell too!
Ta daaaa...here you go my order - Chicken Sausage with Cheese @RM6.60. Actually the size is quite big and I think its suitable for light lunch or tea.
Check inside the crepe, wooooo....it was so delicious and I've no regret to give it a try. Highly recommended to you guys as well! I will make sure myself will come back to this stall again to try out others flavor whenever I come to Sg.Wang!! ^^

Cybertron Appreciation Dinner @Unique Seafood
I had my "sik-sun"(食神) again on last Friday. It was the Cybertron Appreciation Dinner bought by CS (Captain for 2009 Cybertron team) for all the committee members ^^ CS buy dinner wor... of course he won't bring us to cheaplak place le...hehe~ We had it at Unique Seafood Restaurant (Halal) which located @PJ, section 13. I believed the name of the venue already self-explained on what kind of food they served...yeah~ its SEAFOOD, fresh and tasty SEAFOOD!!!
It was a rainy Friday, plus a heavy traffic day. So, we came out from the office sharp at 6pm, try to be there earlier...Somehow, it took us about an hour to reach there =.=" Anyway, for the good food and good team members, I believed its worth it ^^

We arrived there about 7pm, parking was almost FULL at the basement...the business was really good le~
Luckily CS had booked a VIP room in 3 weeks before ^^ The room we got on that day - 圣旨 a.k.a "command from the KING" :p
Actually this was the 2nd time I visited to this restaurant, but I never know that the VIP room was so nice (1st visit was just sit outside at the common dining hall)! It looks brand new and each room was equipped with the karaoke system.
The Nemo fish wallpaper has attracted our attention...it looks so real and this wallpaper became our photo shooting background on that night ^^
Ta daaa...he is the man~ CS a.k.a Mr.Ferrari, de boss of the treat. Why called him Mr.Ferrari? Coz he really owned 1 ^^
When CS arrived, he immediately lead us to go out to the common dining area there to pick the seafood and place the orders.
We're really a big-eater gang, ordered variety of dishes like fish (Low Fu Pan), meat crabs, prawns, Japan shell, sotong, vege, beancurd and etc. Every single dish tasted so delicious and I personally love the "Kong Pow Japan Shell", the very super duper fresh prawns, the fish and the "Kam Heong Fried Clam".
While enjoying the dinner, wine toasting is a must-do item. Look! These 2 ladies are the potential new Cybertron Captains from Maxis and IBM in 2010.
Oh well~ CS was another talented singer for the oldies :P See his face expression, it tells you how "enjoy" (肉紧)he is.

The gang started to go wild after a few glasses of red juice...ngek ngek ngek! Macarena dance... Not bad, everyone seems still remember the steps, hehehe!
The party was ended around 11pm, and the total bill came out was about RM1.3K for 2 15 persons. Wow! fresh seafood is always so costly...really a BIG BIG TQ to CS ^^ For more pictures, please click here.

Dillema again~
I'm in dilemma again
......Well, today I went for shopping at Sg.Wang with 肥肥, out of sudden, he pulled me into a camera shop and asked me to try on the Canon 500D. Oh my god, I thought this was supposed to be a CNY shopping trip instead of buying DSLR...he seriously made me sweat!
......Well, today I went for shopping at Sg.Wang with 肥肥, out of sudden, he pulled me into a camera shop and asked me to try on the Canon 500D. Oh my god, I thought this was supposed to be a CNY shopping trip instead of buying DSLR...he seriously made me sweat! As you guys know, I admired photography and this feeling became stronger when I started to blog~ I felt that I can really seek the satisfaction whenever I can produce a good photo using my very own gadget, skills and feelz. B'coz of that, I've bought the semi-DSLR (semi-D) last year - Canon G10 (G-zai). I spent all my efforts to "make friend" with my G-zai, familiarize with its features and functions, and even bought the reference book to develop my photography knowledge. 3 months later after I owned my very first semi-D, I've paired it with a speedlite 430ex EX......Until now, I still love to carry my G-zai wherever I go, it's simply convenient and the picture quality was really good.
Ehemm......ok, enough in promoting my G-zai and back to the story. 肥肥 told me that he can really see my passion into photography and that's why he decided to get the DSLR for me. The package offered by the shop was kinda attractive, by paying RM3100, you get the 500D body + kit lens, tripod, memory card, bag, screen protector and a lens filter. But........I've own majority of all the above and basically I just need the camera and lens only which cost @RM2850. Good price or not? We hang around at the shop for just about 15 minutes, 肥肥 wanted to ask the salesperson to "dabao" the camera but .......................... stopped by me!! Don't ask me why as I also don't know why I behaved like that. Immediately I told the salesperson that we need to consider first and straight away I walked out from the shop.

I really don't know whether I need it or not? Initially I wanted to buy 500D since its launched but I worried I don't know how to use it. Until now, I've developed some skill sets but I refuse to bring it home today.......???
