Yeah! Its blood donation again~ The previous donation I did was in May this year and I remembered that time my blood spilled out towards the end of the donation...haha! This time nearly can't make it b'coz my blood pressure was a little bit lower than normal, doctor asked to have a cup of milo and came back to have a 2nd check on the blood pressure. Luckily it was alright after the 2nd check...Well, I'm not crazy but just try to help whenever I can!
Before I went off to my desk, saw this brochure - "Donate Organ to Save Life". This is another thing that I planning to sign up! But before that, need to communicate with my family first especially my mum so that she won't be shock!! Fyi, all the Singaporean now by default is the organ donor unless they opt out at 21 years old if not mistaken. Anyway, let me share with you some info on the organ donation:
What is organ donation?
It is the process of donating one's body parts after death for the purpose of transplantation.

Following the removal of organs and tissues, the surgical would will be closed leaving no physical disfiguration. The donor is treated with utmost respect and dignity as in any operation.
Will the organ donation process delay funeral arrangements?
Not at all! Arrangement for funeral can be made as in any case of death. Following the removal of the organs and tissues, the body will be cleaned, draped and returned to the family within this shortest possible time.
